The Body Shop Fuji Green Tea Range; Body Sorbet & Bath Tea

Last month The Body Shop released its newest range Fuji Green Tea.  Inspired by a Japanese Tea Ceremony, all the products contain antioxidant green tea leaves from the Mount Fuji area. Green Tea is known to be a great antioxidant but is also believed to help retain skin moisture - great for your body! The scent itself is very light and clean, with a herbal fruity aroma.

 Fuji Green Tea Bath Tea* & Bath Infuser* | £12.00 & £5.00

I was most excited by the Tea Strainer and Bath Salts and the idea of a new bath experience. The Bath Salts contain real green tea leaves, to help cleanse and destress the mind, and therefore it is recommended to use with the strainer otherwise your bath may get messy. There are no clear instructions on how much 'tea' to use so I filled half of the bottom pot, I then placed it in my bath and it began to infuse instantly. The scent is very calming, helping you to unwind and therefore leaving you feeling relaxed. The salt can be a little drying so I would recommend combining with the Sorbet.

The Body Sorbet is my favouritre moisturiser at the moment. It is a very unique product; a cross between the body butter and body lotion that has a gel like texture. It has a very light formula and when applied it is very cooling and therefore very refreshing. It absorbs quickly into your skin, leaving your skin feeling very hydrated, and does not leave a residue. I can imagine this would be very nice to use in the summer months when it is hot and you are looking for something that cools your skin - you could even keep it in the fridge.

Have you tried anything from The Body Shop Green Tea Range?
